Al-Qaim Medical Clinic (New Karachi) was established in 2022 under Al-Qaim Trust Pakistan after acquiring shops on rent within the market of Jafaria Imambargah. This clinic is a modern welfare project operating with the mission to provide the local population with high-quality, low-cost, and easily accessible medical facilities. At this center, patients undergo complete medical examinations, and free medicines are provided as needed to ensure that underprivileged and vulnerable members of society are not deprived of basic healthcare.

This clinic serves not only the residents of New Karachi but also hundreds of deserving individuals from nearby areas every day. The institution has been registered with the Sindh Healthcare Commission since March 26, 2025. This center stands as a practical testament to the determination and sincerity of Al-Qaim Trust. It is an effective step toward public service, health sector improvement, and the welfare of humanity. To date, approximately 4,000 patients have been treated at this medical center.
This center serves not only the residents of Abbas Town but also hundreds of deserving individuals from the surrounding areas daily. Additionally, monthly medical camps—including Eye, Dental, General Physician, and Heart clinics—are organized by expert doctors.

The institution was officially registered with the Sindh Healthcare Commission on January 10, 2025. This clinic is a shining example of Al-Qaim Trust’s vision. It represents a practical step toward public service, the advancement of the healthcare sector, and the betterment of humanity. To date, approximately 8,000 patients have been treated at this medical center.
