Al-Qaim Trust (AQT) Pakistan began as a humble initiative led by a group of passionate young individuals committed to small-scale public welfare projects. In 2008, under the guidance and inspiration of the esteemed religious scholar, Hujjat-ul-Islam Allama Syed Shahenshah Hussain Naqvi, the foundational structure of the Trust was formally established.

By 2010, AQT Pakistan was officially registered in Karachi under Registration No. (KAR/EAST/043/2025). Guided by the grace of Almighty Allah and the blessings of Mohammad wa Al-e-Mohammad (A.S), the Trust has since been dedicated to serving the underprivileged in our society. AQT extends its support to all in need, irrespective of their color, creed, race, or religion.
