Al-Mustafa Medical Clinic was established in 2023 under Al-Qaim Trust Pakistan, following its delegation by Mr. Syed Shamim Haider Naqvi of Al-Mustafa Trust. The Al-Qaim Medical Clinic (Agra Taj, Mehfil-e-Mustafa, Lyari) is an active and effective welfare institution dedicated as a waqf (endowment) to provide the public with standard, low-cost, and easily accessible medical facilities. At this clinic, patients receive complete medical examinations free of charge, and free medicines are also provided according to their needs. This facility serves as a source of relief and mercy, not only for the residents of Agra Taj but also for hundreds of deserving individuals from surrounding areas who visit daily.

This clinic is a practical manifestation of Al-Qaim Trust’s vision, which is based on public service, the improvement of general health, and the welfare of humanity. Consequently, it remains consistently active in its mission. The institution has been registered with the Sindh Healthcare Commission since March 26, 2025. To date, approximately 8,000 patients have been treated here.
